Ray Blair has claimed the $11,481 prize from this year鈥檚 Marshall County Blueberry Half Pot raffle. The $22,963 jackpot will support United Way of Marshall County programs, including Dolly Parton鈥檚 Imagination Library.
With the Blueberry Festival officially opening today, the Plymouth Police Department is reminding residents and visitors that items may not be placed in public roadways to block parking or save parking spaces.
